I've wanted to post images from Kristy and Brian's wedding for a while now and I'm so excited the day is finally here! Kristy, as many of you know, is J's younger sister and was the last sibling in his family to get married. She's also the only girl in the family so it was such a special and bittersweet occasion for everyone. Random fact, J and both his siblings all chose to get married in the month of May and all within 4 years of each other. Totally coincidental and totally awesome.
Kristy and Brian both love the beach, so they chose to have their ceremony at Casa Romantica in San Clemente. It was such a gorgeous venue and soooo perfect for them. There were so many places to shoot and I was in photographer heaven! And since Kristy also loves the 1950's, she chose it as the theme for the wedding. From her dress to the 1950's photos of her and Brian's grandparents on their wedding days, everything tied in really perfectly.
Kristy and Brian, I don't know what else to say except that I'm honored. Honored to have shared such an important day with you and your families and friends, and honored to have captured the day with my camera. You two are so perfect for each other and I have no doubt that you'll have a lifetime of love and happiness. Congrats you two!

Then it was time for their first look which is always one of my favorite moments to capture.
Because their ceremony was later in the day, Kristy and Brian opted to take some bride and groom portraits beforehand. This next image was totally unposed and I am in love with it!

I love this moment as well. It was right before the ceremony when Kristy's grandma (we call her little grandma) saw her in her dress for the first time.
This one is soooo mafia-esque.
The weather was absolutely perfect that day.
Here is another one of my favorite moments. When Kristy, her mom, dad, and the baby love (Austin) began their walk down the aisle.
J captured this sweet moment during the ceremony.

These next two images are similar, but I had to post both of them because I couldn't decide which one I like more.
And here's one of my favorite images from the reception. I love it because instead of accidentally including the second shooter (aka J) in the background, this time I did it on purpose. It shows how J was able to celebrate the day with his family.
And last but not least, a ring shot! We got creative with the drinking fountain...

Oh and just an fyi, the song that plays in the background is the same song that was playing when Kristy walked down the aisle and it's one of my all time favs.
